In the second column, instead, you will find the drafts of your orders and the orders placed with the status and all the details about your orders.

Your prototypes will be assembled in our fully automated line, screen printing via My500 and assembly on state-of-the-art Pick and Place machines for technologically advanced and high quality assembly.

All the cards go through optical inspection and in the case of BGA, LGA and QFN will be viewed with X-RAY control


BOM FORMAT

We prototype reserves the right to purchase an adequate number of additional components for SMD resistors and capacitors only. This mechanism is aimed at the correct loading on the assembly machine and to guarantee a quick and quality assembly, including any scraps during assembly.

All the resistors and advanced capacitors will be returned with the boards produced to the customer for possible experiments and / or own repairs.

If a component is not found automatically you have more possibilities

● Modify the single partnumber and the quantity by repeating the search for that code with simplicity and extreme flexibility

● Selecting "I will send the component" and then providing the component in question if you have availability or ease in finding it.

● Decide not to mount it

It is necessary to load the BOM in Excel .xls format respecting the important informations for the research, taking care to put the following informations in the column

● Drawing Reference

● Manufacture Partnumber

● Technology

It is possible to download the example BOM file on the page of the BOM upload.

In any case it is possible to upload the BOM with any formatting, subsequently it is necessary to indicates which column refers to the necessary information.

It is possible to create the BOM with our tool which will properly format the file to be imported. There is also the possibility of adding or removing components and modifying each field for each component even after loading its own BOM.

After receiving the files our technicians will verify that the gerbers do not present inconsistencies with the bom and that all the files are compatible with the automatic mounting systems.

To develop the PicK and Place editing program it is necessary

to import the CAD files of the board. Alternatively, file coordinates with the

extension: .txt, .csv, .xls, .pkp, .mnt. with within them:

● XY coordinates

● Drawing Reference

● Orientation of the components

However, we recommend using the CAD file in order to guarantee a faster development time.

To send your PCB files please use the following formats:

● Gerber data format: RS-274X (extended format with open table incorporated);

● Drill data format: Excellon or Sieb & Mayer 3000 (with package tool released).


PAYMENT

You can use PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.

An invoice will then be issued attached to the order you will receive.

Attention: In the case of bank transfer we will proceed to purchase the components only after having read the payment receipt. Spending a certain amount of time some components may no longer be available, you will be contacted to choose how to proceed

The total cost is reimbursed if the availability of the components change during the technical validation of the files. The customer can re-order the project by making the appropriate choices regarding the missing components.

After the re-order, the technical verification phase, if the assembly files are not modified, will be considered already executed and the order of the components it will be immediate to avoid the problem that occurred previously again

All the electronic boards will be packed in special ESD bags and entrusted to DHL who will deliver to the delivery address indicated by you at the time of registration or to a new address indicated during the order.

After the order We protorype reserves 2 days to make the technical checks on the files uploaded by the customer and then confirm and send the project to production.

3 more days for the delivery of the components and up to 14 days for the PCBs

The delivery time takes into account all the project management and processing phases.

The analysis of the files and the approval of the project by our technicians, the procurement of the components, the construction of the printed circuit, the serigraphy, the SMD assembly, the soldering in remelting furnace and the completion by hand.

Once in production you can track the entire flow and receive your order in 7/9 days
